Ineke Owens, an interior designer with enthusiasm and unique design ideas, was featured on the new series of RTE Showhouse in March 2009. Using local suppliers and tradesmen, showcasing the craftsmanship and expertise available in and around Mullingar, she designed and completed the winning interior in COILL RUA, Green Park West, Mullingar.
Ineke’s brief for the Mullingar Showhouse was to create a warm and relaxing home for Second Time Buyers and Retired Couples. She created a timeless and sophisticated look, blending intimacy with classic simplicity. A look that is ultimately relaxing and comfortable.

INEKE OWENS – INTERIOR DESIGNER

Ineke Owens, originally from Holland, moved to Ireland in 1985, having married a Mullingar man. She always had an interest in interiors and bubbles with creative and unique ideas. She graduated, with Distinction, from the Limperts Academy of Design in 2006 and is winner of RTE SHOWHOUSE, Mullingar, Co. Westmeath.
